TVSI- They must file with the SEC by the 15th, which is Friday. It may happen after the bell, but I would assume a juicy press release will accompany the filing. Expect them to: 1) Announce completion of the reverse merger. 2) reiterate their commitment to quickly creating a $100 million apparel company through aquisition and internal growth from Planet Sports. 3) Announce at least one aquisition. 4) Hopefully, throw in a zinger to screw the shorts. Short sellers perportedly fouled up TVSI's first aquisition. Since then the company has been mum about which companies they are seeking to aquire. I am expecting a BIG spike either Friday or Monday or both. RCJIII
