Bigscore, thanks for the post. <<a good mechanism to funding the mining ventures and adding shareholder value.>> It's outstanding only if the company can continue to focus on the value they already promised many months ago. Lots of promises, little delivery. Failure to deliver on promises, movable feast plants, dilution, and prospects for enormous dilution to build a mine that won't pay off for years took this stock down to 1/5 of the $1 speculation level. The method to have a company leverage itself by providing direct value to current shareholders (warrant dividends) is refreshing. However, we also need to learn if management is capable of increasing shareholder value. That hasn't been demonstrated to date with CHIP, in any of its incarnations. So far this moonshot has been an Apollo 13. I hope it's different this time. Thanks again for the information.
