Alright. I am going to give it one last try.

If this does not work I'm liable to throw my wife's machine out the window.

The software I am using does not run off a bowser. It is more like mIRC or ICQ, a standalone hookup.

It runs in the background until a message comes in, and then becomes the active window. If I am typing in another window, I overtype the message, but thanks anyway, it was a nice try.
