I guess that one of the pitfalls of day trading is that it is easy to over-trade. You are right that it is probably better to look for a couple of good opportunities a day and take them rather than trying to pick em all.

I had a 5 1/2 point profit on my long trade and then decided to go for the gold and added at 1128 --ended up breaking even. Allan said that his system is to use a stop to go flat OCO MOC -- by the time the day is out he'll probably come out ahead of where I am -- and we both entered at the same time this am on the open.
