Right, the only comment I have to add, they are doing this to enhance the companies ability to focus on the mining ventures, funding development is the name of the game, diversity isn't a bad thing either considering how the precious metal market have been acting lately. Bigscore PS. the warrants are the leverage, LS management are playing there personally from what I understand, plus it funds LS at the same time.
