Hey, Byron, you said DEEP POCKETS. Macker said HUGELY DEEP POCKETS. You also mentioned ML and Prudential as possibilities, and maybe others. I know that none of us know, but I don't think any of us truly appreciate the depth of this kind of pocket. They are so deep that I'm not sure THEY know how much money they have! "-) These guys could probably make a reasonable dent in the national debt if they sent their money to Uncle Sam :-)

Gyron, Thanks for the "deep pocket" answer.
I remembered I asked second question(last question) about the rumor in regards to IDTC's acquiring DGIV. Someone commented that it was a good question. But I did not get answer from Roger yesterday at lauchingpad. May be Roger was so busy with other questions. I expected that he would said "Not true".
