I own a penny stock Loch-Harris (LOCH). It has a book value of about $15,000,000, with 100,000,000 shares outstanding and earnings per share of $0.026. It is trading at $0.11/share. Toward the close today they issued a press release announcing a new oil discovery in one of their Oklahoma oil and gas leaseholds.
