Mike: My gut feel..... ADSL isn't taking off as fast as they wanted, but Westell has more than ADSL to make up for the timing issue... (ie) DS1, DS0 and Teleconference. Westell feels good about their DLC solution. BellSouth, Ameritech and USWest are looking for a DLC solution. The Financial folks love the cost cutting with increased margins. What was the $2.9million for deferred tax benefits? Can they claim that in another quarter?... until later.
