Bill, "Deferred tax benefits?" I must have been taking other notes when this was mentioned if at all. I didn't have the PR before CC and thus was not in tune to some of the subtleties of the call. I just hope WSTL performs a little better tomorrow than I did today while out fishing. :o) Mike ps. Kevin, Does that land come with water rights? If so, I may be interested in 'throwing' some money your way.
