Larry You're just too suspicious.<G> By the way I show the high that day was 77 cents. This is the way I see it. On Dec 31 the stock was at 56 cents, it's now at 22 cents or a loss of 34 cents. Since there were about 12 million shares out the stockholders took a loss of $4.08 million so the company could collect $240,000 from the floorless Reg S. Meanwhile the Registrant received 1411316 shares at an average price of $.17. I thought Montle was smarter than this. Dave
