This is not exactly true, witness our parallel comments on
the difference between MS and INTC developer relations.

Being *able* to copy does not equal having the *will* to copy.

Dell's distinction is a drive to sell the best stuff available
at a given time for a good price with excellent support. No one
else succeeds anywhere near as well at putting these pieces together.

Yes, technology is easy to copy. Attitudes, on the other hand,
are more persistent.
