jhild, sorry for the delay in responding, but there is so much garbage dumped on this thread that I had to resort to Yahoo for the answer. For every ones information, >> Reply To everyoneRDelMedico May 10 1998 10:55AM EDTIt is with great interest that I have been watching the SI thread and Yahoo with regard to Cashco. As you can see by my ID, I am counsel to Cashco. Some time back I asked that shareholders that had valid concerns about the Company, its management or operations contact me and I would be happy to address the issues. To date I have received no response. Ms. Windsor has received calls from concerned shareholders and answered questions. Does this mean that the rest of you bashers have no valid concerns or does it mean that by being forced to write to me, certain persons may have to reveal their true indentities? It is always easier to hide behind an alias when your purpose is less than honorable. I find it ironic that Janice is upset about harassing phone calls, yet Merced's business has been interrupted by the constant phone calls it has received. Each phone call takes time that could otherwise be spent getting the Web site up and running or otherwise spent to the benefit of Cashco or Merced's other customers. Could this be the reason that the Company is reluctant to provide information over the Internet about the company that evaluated the Software? Press releases and other important information about Cashco will be released at the appropriate time. Press releases that are released prematurely do not benefit the Company or its shareholders. When Rhonda Windsor became the President and a Director of Cashco, she found a company that had been run improperly and had no operations. Ms. Windsor has been working very hard to clean up all the loose ends while trying to effectuate a plan of operations. To date Ms. Windsor has received no compensation for her efforts. As to the issue of Mr. Tony Boyden, Mr. Boyden is neither an officer, director nor 5% or more shareholder of Cashco nor has Mr. Boyden received any compensation from Cashco. Therefore, matters in his private life should be of no concern nor are they required to be disclosed to shareholders of Cashco. As to all of the businesses that Janice has alleged are run from my house or "garage". It is not unusual for attorneys to give their address in Articles of Incorporation as the initial business address until such time as office is obtained. After all, how can you sign a lease in a corporation's name if there is no corporation? If Janice would care to do further due diligence she should find at least 20 other corporations who had the same address initially, none of which are affiliated with Cashco. Yes, I do choose to have a home office. In this day and age this is not unusual. I chose to do this so that I would not be required to charge clients from the moment I pick up the phone. I am also of counsel to a well-established law firm, the partners of which were SEC enforcement attorneys until they left for private practice. In addition, I serve as counsel for several public and private corporations. Tell you what Janice, I'll send you my CV if you send me yours. I also find it interesting that Janice was able to connect Ms. Windsor with Dimples, since at that time Ms. Windsor used her married name. A little inside information there, Janice? Lastly, I would like to say that the Company welcomes valid Shareholder and potential Shareholder questions and concerns, however it will not become a party to a bash and defend melee on the Internet with unknown entities that choose to hide behind an alias. If your concerns are valid you should have no problem identifying yourself and going through the proper channels. As for Janice wanting public answers, I'm sure that any private responses given to Janice would be public within two minutes after receipt. At least those portions that would serve her purpose. << ********************************************************************************** NOW,>>As to the issue of Mr. Tony Boyden, Mr. Boyden is neither an officer, director nor 5% or more shareholder of Cashco nor has Mr. Boyden received any compensation from Cashco. It does clearly state that that he "is neither an officer, director nor 5% or more shareholder of Cashco nor has Mr. Boyden received any compensation from Cashco. >>Is Rebecca lying?<< Are you suggesting that she is?? Her statement looks straight forward to me. She is counsel to CASHCO, Who are you? That's important to me. I tend to believe people I know, whether it's someone I've come to know in person or over the phone. In your case I don't know who you are or anything about you. You mention in another post about aliases & not paying registration fees. My profile tells you who I am, where I live & work. I am a common working stiff who believes he has found a company he can believe in. If you don't want anything to do with CASHCO that's your business. It would be great though, if you'd research & publish answers rather than trying to embarrass CASHCO management by continually posting questions that imply something underhanded is going on. Rhonda has received no compensation as yet either. My understanding is that they are working together to BUILD a company. They aren't getting paid to build a company, however, I don't know that about anyone who may be trying to tear down a company before it's built. And for the record I'm not suggesting that's what you, Jan, & crew are up to. I haven't got a clue what your real reason for continually questioning every aspect of this company is. Good luck with your research and I sincerely hope you find whatever it takes to convince you that CSHK is legit! JOE (IMO)
