I've listened to the conference call once. After I hear it again I'll post my notes. First, the bad news: 1. Non-AT&T revenues did not grow sequentially for the 3/31/98 quarter. That hasn't happened since 12/31/96. There was still a healthy gain over the 3/31/97 quarter, however. 2. The Bell Atlantic contract has not been ramped yet. During the conference call it was stated that they now expect to begin work in July. 3. A shareholder has filed suit in Delaware to block the merger. ATC's management considers it to be a nuisance suit, but it still must be addressed. Those were the only negatives that I picked up in a generally upbeat conference call. There was plenty of good news, and I'll post it later today and through the weekend. Phil
