Larry, Unless memory fails me, Childress is CFO of the Cochise subsidiary. I believe his efforts are fully directed toward Cochise and doubt he had anything to do with the CHIP funding or the latest spin-off. Still a believer in the coming desert dirt rush and the value of being diversified, although mostly focused on AZ - Alan PS - I don't think anything traded at 0.71 that day - 0.50 was about the highest, looking at Level II, with the 0.71 being a reporting error. Granted that 0.50 still provides a nice profit, but not the "obscene" profits of 0.71<g>
