Dale,

I would agree that it is a non-issue for the stock.

As far as whether or not it will improve quality, I have to disagree with you. ISO merely documents procedures and ensures that the procedures are followed (at least every six months or a year when the inspectors are there...). ISO *POTENTIALLY* could improve quality, but only if the company is fully embracing the processes and improvement potential.
