Scott and all,

I'd like to see the terms of the deal before deciding whether it is good or bad news. It's easy to make money with a floorless convertible regardless of a company's prospects.

Either way, Osicom must definitely think this is positive news judging by the news release. They could have easily just filed the S-3 and went about their business.

It is nice to know that a top rate company is at least dealing with Osicom stock though!

Why would Osicom issue more stock if they knew they were going to be bought out? It would just complicate matters. I think the $8 million offerring is evidence that FIBR will not be bought out anytime soon.
