JB.. Well, you are probably right, but if they had offered, say 5 million shares, rather than 700k, I would be more inclined to subscribe to the view that DPMI was just seeing this as a particularly good time to raise capital. And, I would have wondered why they didn't do it back when the stock price was quite a bit higher. With the small number of shares, and the moderate current price, I suspect that they just took casual advantage of the fact that DD was registering to sell shares, and tagged on for a modest new sale. As you point out, they have a line of credit...and now they won't need to move that route for a while..keeping their full credit line intact..
You don't expect any significant long-term negative impact do you? TSO
