Carl, I may have had few doosies, but WFR is not one of these, considering that the last forecast was given in November. Of course, I have been bearish earlier in the 30' but had to see the test of the 20' and then the 17' before making the last one. Remember, on reason I have not jumped in yet is that we never had a capitulation phase, if we get one we might get a spike to the very low teens, at least, this what the turnips said at the time, if memory serves.
