How do you know? Please share your source. Osicom is famous for floorless convertibles. Who is going to cough up $8 million to Osicom knowing that the share price has to double before they can convert?

Guaranteed that it's a floorless or Osicom ends up changing the terms in the future. They've lowered the conversion price on financing arrangements before, let's see if they do it again. In fact didn't they just reset some warrants to a lower price? Must have been low on cash that week.
