I want to clear some air here. Everyone needs to stop speculating. the S-8 that was files is not an 8K/ You all know the difference and are learning what filings are which very well. Whom ever that stock went to under the S-8 is just a form of payment. Now on to the buy out. If and when it happens, let it happen. Public companies do not do transactions over night and they are well thought through and planned down to the finest of details. Mr. Murphy will let us all know when, who and where. It is you the shareholder giving hem the best support when it comes to a company like DCI. That is what will make this so attractive to a potential buyer. All the negativity is gone, so lets keep it that way, PLEASE. Stop speculating on what will or will not happen. If you recieved Groupo's email last night it was great news. Time to go to the guns and start showing our Market Makers who is really running the show, an we all know it isn't THEM. So, calm down, and lets all continue our support of Joe Murphy, and the stock price, a little hype is a good thing, but overkill doesn't have kill to make it a mistake. SUPPORT, SUPPORT , SUPPORT your company President and his management.
