Volatility stops are mentioned in various books.....I know Pring and DeMark mentioned them here and there in a couple of their books. Here's another

Unless you do it by hand, it requires software that has in embedded in the program. Vista or Ensign has it, but I imagine several programs do. Here are a couple.

It seems Wilder invented so much stuff, I guess the V-Stop can be attributed to him as well. Perhaps a book by Wilder would have the most detail.
