The 10K is a report of business operations as of July 30, 1997, and would not be changed by any ongoing acquisitions, or by the merger for that matter, except for the forward looking statement. Because of the changes in the company since July 30, the 10K is pretty much worthless as an investment tool. Hopefully, they will get their act together and put out the overdue 10QSBs for September 30, December 30, and March 30 (the last will be overdue as of close of business today)..
