Mr. Dendro, have you communicated with the company about your concerns. Better yet, hopefully you provided Daddy with your concerns as he is suppose to meet with the company with a list questions. Daddy has certainly given everyone an opportunity to E-mail questions/concerns to him.

Mr. Dendro,

Thank you for the information and I can see what you were referring to
concerning business operations ending fiscal year 97 for RMIL, but my post was covering the point that changes would have to be made to the 10K, especially in the light of the scrutiny it will no doubt receive.

Do you know whether it is advantageous to file the 10K before filing updates such as the 10QSB?

I wanted to tag these statements from regulating authorities so that maybe novices such as myself can get a better feel for what a 10K represents.

The 10-K includes an enormous amount of relevant information about the filing company. It is the foundation document for analysis of a company's present situation and future prospects. Analysts depend upon the 10-K to provide an overview of a company's business and financial condition. The 10-K also contains specific information, generally not available anywhere else, that analysts use to refine their model for a particular company or industry group.

Public companies are required to file an annual report with the
Securities and Exchange Commission detailing the preceding
year's financial results and plans for the upcoming year
. Its
regulatory version is called "Form 10 K." The report contains
financial information concerning a company's assets, liabilities,
earnings, profits, and other year-end statistics. The annual report
is also the most widely-read shareholder communication.
