I don't think you can compare the market value of ARTT, TGNT or WCII using one benchmark. Off the top of my head, I think TGNT deserves a higher mkt than ARTT because of the money it has available and the deal with Nippon(?). ARTT does not have near the financing to build. Using that approach, WCII deserves a much higher mkt value than TGNT.
