Dj,
The $10MM investor/lender is in contact with RMCW on a daily basis. He is as dissappointed as the rest of us that he has been unable to come thru to date,
Remember, there is a date next week for the investor to finalize the deal. If he is unable to RMCW/RMIL goes to alternative arrangements for financing, either way, the merger will be finalized, the 10K audited and trading resumes with the float in Name Form.

djb, from the day i heard about this deal i said it would never happen. why? the school of hard knocks, bro. if it sounds too good to be true then it is. rmil has no business worth investing more than $15 in and nobody would dare risk $10 million - merger or no merger.

what contract? you think there is a contract? yeah, and bre-x has millions of ounces of gold ;-) idid has a biometric solution. iaus has a dwm modem. sexi has a video conferencing system.

fraud after fraud after fraud has had a story that was just too good to be true. and it is.
