Skeeter, So what your saying is, no one would want to merge with anyone like RMIL who has a huge take break to give? Free money from uncle sam is an attractive thing IMO. Rob

Skeeter, I respect your opinion, but that is why I asked, as I thought maybe you had some solid evidence to go on. I will just have to go back to waiting for the 10 million to arrive. I don't think the investor was so concerned with investing into OVIS though. I thought he/she/they/them were investing into RMCW and then merging with OVIS to become RMIL to be listed and then go on. I believe the wait for the 10 mil and not arriving has created a cash flow problem temporarily and one that is being rectified. dj
