I'll throw something out for discussion...there seems to be a buying spree out there for systems integrators/consultants, part due to the Y2K issues, part due to software/hardware vendors being pressed by their customers to provide a more full-service offering...TAVA would be an interesting target from two directions - one from the plant floor control vendors, and the other from a larger consulting organization with no significant plant floor practice... Ya never know...
