James:

Excellent sleuthing, Sherlock Strauss, It makes sense:

RECY's reaction to the falling out of the Mindas deal was much less severe than this, and was IMO, a much more loaded news story. Secondly, RECY's mgt has done an excellent job of recovering the stock from the throws of lower support levels. I too am going to buy again today. I'm nervous about putting 40+ % of my portfolio in one stock but RECY has met every expectation I have and I trust that the company's mamagement will not let any of us down.

My second impression is a Machavellian scheme by the
investment bankers that puts doubt in RECY's mind about a
possible stock recommendation with the intent of having RECY
change their mind about the financing deal... This would cause
the stock price to drop... The investment bankers then get their
clients in RECY at sub 7.00 prices... Then, they privately inform
RECY that a recommendation of RECY stock is forthcoming...
RECY then re-initiates the finance agreement... The result... The
stock price jumps... "You Scratch My Back, I'll Scratch Your Back"
in action...

I think this is a good observation of how the big money plays together. This is one of the reasons why small investors need places like silicon investor to join forces and "stick it to the man" Kind of feel like Robin Hood somedays. LOL
