As I get E-mail answers now from Datek, I signed for a account with them now, although they do not (like Ameritrade) allow to trade Bulletin Board and Canadian Stocks (traded in Canada).
I feel that this decision could finally lead me to the best discount broker over all, although I know that for special stocks I will still need a special broker (e.g. JB Oxford).

Well I said when amtd broke 32 I'd be back in. Based on the favorable press for e-trade I bought both amtd and egrp today. AMTD is now above both it's 50 day and 200 day moving averages. There is still a large short interest in AMTD (should help). Lastly, egrp looks like it's going to break out of it's trading range in the next month or two. This will also positively impact amtd's stock price.

Look for 40+ within 1-3 months...
