This was the same thought I had when I made this post on the ITKG board recently Message 4401258 Now, then, how do we effect this outcome? This is too good an idea to allow to languish any further, for the interests of both sets of shareholders, including those of the Boolean "AND" subset. $^)

Lucky lady and Lawrence, you both sound extremely reasonable. But I do not think anyone ever said the antenna was the problem, just like I don't think anyone has ever suspected the RAND CAM as being the problem. The problem is the attention deficit disorder dabbler who has mismanaged both companies practically to the ground. You seem to recognize the chasm between ITKG's management and ISCAM's In fact yo say: ITKG has first class management and an outside advisory board with incredible credentialsand contacts. So why would they possibly want to team up with the dabbler? BruSi
