Larry and Barry,
While I acknowledge what both of you are saying as true, I still stand by my original comment. I note the following.

----Tom Kurlak's comments are, I believe, designed to halt upward momentum in Intel's stock price every time INTC starts moving up.

----The timing of Kurlak's comments, IHO, has increased Intel's price volatility, which in turn has increased Intel's "Beta", which in turn has lowered the P/E, (continueing over the longer term), which is currently assigned.

----I am out of money and my ability to buy more Intel. Having bought more Intel shares right after previous irrational calls by Kurlak, and at even lower prices, I would like to finally enjoy my well deserved gains. (g)
Jules

Larry,>>>Kurlak's comments only effect the stock in the short term.<<<

There is one reason why Intel is not selling at a decent multiple - and that is Tom Kurlak. Why Motorola is selling at a P/E of ~34 and why Intel is selling at discount to the S&P is otherwise incomprehensible.

People are pouring money into the stock market and they are putting money into some real high flyers - and here is this terrific company (a real franchise with real products, real profits, very little competition) selling at discount to the S&P. How much of this money is being scared away by Kurlak. Just today, Intel loses more than $6 Billion dollars from market cap solely due to Kurlak. How many dollars has he driven away before this?

Don't give me this historical bs. Kurlak has been doing this for quite some time - only he is now very effective in what he is doing.

>>>This is great for buyers, neutral for holders, and bad for sellers.<<<

This is too pollyannaish for me. This guy is killing our investment now and as far as I can see into the future.
