This, of course, is exactly the kind of thing the internet is good at: Providing information. Bots help sort through a lot of information all at once, which is a value-added proposition. I can even see consumers paying a small subscription fee to participate in well-run "bot" type businesses. Retailing a non-differentiated product is a different story. mg
