HAMBRECHT AND QUIST, other big boys quietly buying to position themsleves when this runs...

at least according to Jim Janis...Spoke with him extensively today and was really impressed by his great knowledge of Y2K in general and TPII in particular. He was NOT a hypster. I encourage you all to call him.

Being new to this thread, I found that some were quite suspicious of why TPII did not seem to follow through with their LETTER OF INTENT deal with Bemer, BMR & Assocaites. According to Jim, they are...and things are getting close. The big reason nothing happended yet is that not only do contracts of this magnitude take awhile, but the main reason was that the Bemer's software was only about 85% done when the letter on intent was signed. Now it apparently IS done.....sounds logical to me, but can anyone verify?

Sometimes a newbie like myself, who comes into a stock with no pre-conceptions can do DD, and just get a feeling....a good feeling.

I even called Samantha at TPII and she provided me with contractual information that was left out of the press releases. That was one of my questions I had, and her answers made sense. Companies like PROFAC normally do not especially like to have Press Releases tell the world how much they paid for services, but it is no big deal she said and gave me the figures...

PROFAC $300K initial for first 600 facilites, possibly lots more as the other facilities will hopefully use them. Plus, this is just revenues from the assessment stage....other phases may occur.

ADP and the other Sales automation contracts range from $100-200K

I am sure I will call again with additional questions, but I get the same feeling that i got with the other stocks I heavily promoted on the TMEX CAFE thread:

IFLYW @ 7/16
PNLK @ 1.10 the day before it started running
TGSK @ $1.20,ten days before it ran to $3.00+
LCAV@ 1-3/4, two days before it started running to $4.125
and a couple others...no bragging here, but just to let you know that I really try to do my DD and often have good luck.....the only thing bothering me here really is the MM's.

They undoubtedly have lots of shares they have shorted and are playing some games. However, the advantage is that if we can get the price above two+, we could really fly....I can see this as a $4-$5 stock quite easily....maybe not too far down the road.

I can also guarantee that Y2K stocks will become more in the limelight soon, and TPII will hae all the biz they can handle.
