I have a question for Mr. Morgan, 'why didn't you get a loan for $75k and use the water rights as collateral?' Seems to me if you own something that is yours, you may do whatever you with it as you please.

That $75k could have then been used to do the financials to be in compliance with Rule 15c2-11, and we could have been trading in 4-6 weeks after the halt vs. the 4+ months. Even if RMIL didn't own the water rights at the time of the halt, it would have been in RMCW's best interest to do this loan.

#1: The stock would be trading, #2: The $10MM would already have been received. Why is the $10MM investor stalling and lots of excuses on his part??? Duh, because this stock isn't trading!!!!!

Way to go.. call RMCW huh? So when did they notify you that the plant was up for auction ? Seems it was published in the papers and you still didn't know about it. That's the problem Pugs, you still don;t get it do you....the company lies. Now about those "squeaky" clean financials you mentioned were going to be coming out last year....
