I thought they would end up with a stock offering. With CDRD's high stock price, issuing stock is probably the most conservative move. With bonds, they would be sattled with debt which could become a problems if things don't work out as expected.

A high stock price can be a big competitive advantage for CDRD. Hopefully, SKYC's price will follow one of these days.

John, I don't have a CDRD Stock Library in valuespec.com, yet. If you would be kind enough to provide some appropriate links, I'd be glad to open one for them.

CDRD: $ 33.50b $ 33.75a
SKYC: $ 12.125b $ 12.38a
