VTPI- Might Want A LOOK At This Before Monday :-) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ CyberWhispers ] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Posted by Trader on May 15, 1998 at 19:20:03: I was directed over to this board to have a look at this forum, Very nice. Was told some have an interest in this issue here and it was E-mailed to me by a friend who also holds an interest in this issue. Monday could be lift off day again for VTPI. I had expected a bit more of a correction after the run up and trading this week until I read this and know there to be more news releases next week. If I get more I 'll post here as I do on other boards from now on. Good weekend and great profits, Trader May 15,1998 Shareholders, Let me assure everyone the management of Visual Telephone International firmly believes the company is the strongest it has ever been and we are growing with the development of the market we always planned on creating. We are seeing a significant increase in business at Visual Telephone International and in Communications Research, Inc., a VTPI subsidiary. The key to our enthusiasm is the fact we are building and shipping more units than ever before. Currently we are building units both to meet orders, as well as for inventory. We would like to maintain a balance in stock so orders may be shipped within a day of receiving an order, instead of the 3-5 days it takes currently. This acceleration has been made possible with capital raised by our Investment Banking firm. Further, Mr. Kevin Baisley has done a wonderful job accelerating the formation of a Pro Rep network across the country. Shortly, the Company expects to make a combined announcement of the firms signed to manage regions in the South, Southwest and West. Every firm is a recognized leader in their territory that has been aggressively marketing and selling competitive video conference products and peripherals. They are making the jump to Visual Telephone International because they can see the performance, price and competitive advantage we offer in our line of products. A great deal of the new and renewed interest in Visual Telephone International products is directly related to the Visual-EZ operating system. We are gaining market awareness by the ease of simultaneously viewing and annotating graphics. This feature is not available in any other video conference product on the market today. The plain fact is when Video Conference is used by real power users of the medium, after the initial "Hello", a video conference becomes an audio graphic tool, but we also maintain video presence in all our products so the human contact is never lost! As everyone knows, we at VTPI have no control over the market pricing of stock in the public sector or individuals personal decisions of how they invest or control their personal holdings. We at Visual Telephone International are continuing to improve the products and market awareness to promote further sales. In essence we are priming the pump to increase our yield with every turn. To this goal we have committed to a very aggressive show schedule to again expose the greatest cross section of current and potential users of Video Conference and Desktop Video Conferencing to our units. An even greater amount of revenue will be expended in newspaper and magazine advertising to increase our market awareness by corporate executives in Fortune 500 and 1000 company's. This we believe is essential as the Corporate, Tele-Medical and Distant Learning segments are the primary targets for our products. We want these individuals to be knowledgeable, with a full realization of the benefits, features and communications solutions the Visual Series of products offers. Thank you all for your concern, comments, questions and support. I trust this answers all the E-mail and phone calls we have received. Carl R. Ceragno, CEO Visual Telephone International
