Often times when a company has a good product they most likely have good vision since that is what lead them to have a good product so the key is marketing IMO.

Now how does a turnaround company generate or move it's products to market in a very quick and effective way? I once read about a very very successful multi-international CEO who (still in business today) turned around an aging business simply by MODETIVATING his sales force (offered them a very substantial percentage maybe %50 or every %60). Then he started to buyout other companies and grew today to one of the world's most successful communications and information vendors.

Maybe Inprise should give more stock options to it's sales force tied to results!
