It's NOT inside info once it's on the WEB.. the only PERSON responsible is the one who leaked it... FOR EXAMPLE: if someone leaked a professional loooking statement out onto the web that said IBM was going to buy APPLE... do you think that every person that read and discussed that rumor would be guilty of INSIDER INFO?? surely not... but I'm not sure that's what you're saying... you're probably agreeing with me that whomever leaked the info, if he's caught, is surely going to be dealt with accordingly by the proper authorities. jim
