Hi Bruce,
Yes, Newport displays only 3+ years at a glance. I've owned NERX since some time in '92 or '93 (my, how time flies!). The first few years were "DAMAGE CONTROL", and since then it's been hanging around the break-even point. this recent pop helped to push it nicely into the profit zone. B&H got killed if he only held from my starting point.

On a Time-Value basis, I've not done well - YET!!! Always the optimist! BioTech is such a difficult area, especially with these small research firms. If you recall the discussions on constructing one's portfolio in the classic Pyramid design (bonds, income producers, etc at the base -the largest part, growth stocks in the mid-section - next largest, and speculative stuff at the very peak - the smallest part), NERX and companies like it are definitely there at the peak!! My account has grown in size because AIM's had me increase my holdings during the Painful Period. Now the account is to the point that I can live with the trade range until further developments come along.

Best regards, Tom
