Re: Toms post

No matter what happens on the 21st in, or out of TPP's favor, what ever TPP does in the future will have to be pursued with out Thermo Tech. I for one would be very disappointed if Trooper continues to have any ties to TT (unless a new CEO was introduced into the picture).

Going independent, does not mean that Trooper will not continue to have access to all improvements to the technology.

To any one concerned

Some fellow investors and my self will be flying to Vancouver on the 20th and will be at the hearing on the 21st. I'll bring my laptop and a cell phone just so I can post what I see and here. I believe it will be very entertaining (maybe very profitable, maybe not).

Good luck to all.

Barry and Troopers,

Don't try to read something into my comment, please.

"with or without Thermo Tech" was meant as 'with or without Thermo Tech's cooperation'. TTRIF has not cooperated nor lived up to its agreement and Trooper is still going to forge ahead.

Without Thermo Tech's cooperation Trooper has been forced to seek assistance from the Court, an acceptable solution when agreements aren't fulfilled.

The Court has already ruled in Trooper's favor but TTRIF has not complied with the ruling. The Court will enforce its order. May 21 will be the start. The only way to reverse Judge Cohen's ruling is by appeal and TTRIF already lost its appeal by a Judge that stated that TTRIF is in Contempt of Judge Cohen's Ruling.

I have been buying because the solution is near and Trooper will be victorious. Trooper will be building multiple plants soon and I won't be surprised if the first plant or two is under construction before July 1. The pressure is on Trooper from waste suppliers to solve their problems by solving Trooper's problem with TTRIF. Poland needs plants to handle waste and Trooper has committed to build plants, but Trooper needs the drawings and specifications to the process for which it committed to pay $5.7 million and TPP is current on these payments.

Once TTRIF delivers the information as order by the Court, Trooper will start construction, start production, start attractive earnings and the share price will be many times higher than it is today.

That's why I have been a significant buyer. I bought below $1.50, more as low as $1.35, lots below $1.69 and a bunch more in the $1.90's. And I'm not going to be a seller at $10, $15 or $30 because I see even higher prices for Trooper over the next 2, 3 and 5 years.

In the last 22 days I have added to my previous interest by 43,400 shares and I'm still in the market for another 15 to 20 thousand shares - minimum. With Trooper over $2.00, my broker will now allow me a 50% margin so the money isn't a problem. And it won't bother me if I pay $2.25, $2.75 or $3.75, I'll still make huge profits.

You can play or you can watch. You may never tell me that I didn't tell you my position in Trooper.

Barry, you asked, "So what gives? Is Tom on to something?"
My answer is YES. I and my subscribers are doing quite well with Trooper and the biggest rewards are still ahead, probably in the very near term - like two to six weeks.
