I am surprised that there has been no discussion on this thread regarding the latest announcement by TTRIF regarding new patent rights for their latest developments in the thermophilic process.

The event/release seems to be directed specifically at the Trooper situation.

I am open minded to any comments about this. To those who are inclined to sluff it off as another bluff by TTRIF, I can only say, if it is a bluff, it looks like a darn good one to me.

To Robert Pool, I will be looking forward to your ringside commentaries from the courtroom next week. Your efforts are much appreciated.

Troopers,

I just heard the results of today's hearing in front of Judge Cohen. As I understand, Judge Cohen wasn't too interested in hearing much from the lawyers for either TPP or TTRIF.

He ordered that all the documentation, drawings and specifications mentioned in his January 20 oral ruling and subsequent written ruling be immediately delivered to his Court. They must be in his possession before Court reconvenes for the Contempt Hearing on May 21.

That's great news for Trooper because, once Cohen sees what TTRIF should have delivered, it will be an easy matter for him to make sure Trooper gets the information. Then Trooper will be able to start constructing the plants.

Happy days (and profitable days) are here, again.
