Is there any way to tell if the increase in inventory is due to VCD or DVD?
Alex B. indicated that DVD had been a disappointment during the conference call
On the other hand, VCD sales seem to be going better than expected

The percentage increase between the various catagories, i.e. finished goods, wip and raw material could be explained by increased unit demand. Do we have any indication on how margins are holding up?

John,

OK, I agree. Unless CUBE has some unusually severe restrictions on when it will recognize revenues, the growth in Finished Goods, at best is premature.

Ian.
