Jay, you can't run a business with 60,000 creative indivualists. Someone has to be in the trenches getting the creative ideas into production. That's where you need discipline.

Jay, I can tell that you have never worked in process development. Unless
everyone is very focused on the program goals/objectives, then the schedule
never gets met. IMHO, your terms of "imagination" and "creativity"
are another name for CHAOS.
