Maybe, maybe not.

If there were creative individuals present - the production would
be relegated where it belongs - to robots. Just MHO, I have absolutely no idea whether this is feasible.

I again reiterate that a company based on discipline is a relic.

Tell it to Steve Jobs. One of his first moves coming back to
Apple was to ask for a list of the top 50 developers (Apple has
about 1,000). He said they looked at him like he was from the
moon - but provided a list of the top 100. Now those guys get
50% of all development resources. Jobs says they're the ones
who will generate the new ideas . . . Hey - think different.
