Just once and for all publish the facts (as they seems to be known by many on this string) and have their legal department do something to stop the negative widely spread crap if it is false. Most, unfortunately, will presume it to be true unless negated publicly with facts from the Company. If you don't believe that, then I'm afraid you're being naive. No, Marc Oppenheimer doesn't have to answer stockholders' calls or hold their hands. That's what IR people are for. But, he should respond to the media and to analysts. Best regards, Marty
