All,

Talks between MSFT and the Feds collapsed and they've basically declared war on each other. This could really hurt tech stocks at least temporarily.

Glad I sold my WAVO as part of my portfolio clean-up. It's been caught in the crossfire with MSFT and will probably dip to around 12. I'll buy it back after the dip. I think it's got a great future with or without Windows 98 because Win98 only features one product. But Win98 is expected to give it great exposure.

Below is an excerpt from a press release describing WAVO's involvement with Win98.

========================================================

WavePhore previously announced that WaveTop will be included in the Windows 98 operating system when it ships later this year. Users will be able to receive WaveTop's free programming on PC's equipped with TV Tuner cards. WaveTop uses the VBI portion of the television signal to transmit data, nationwide, directly to Home PC's via the PBS television station network. WaveTop includes the "best of the net" content and software downloads without the bottleneck of the Internet or tying up the phone line.

I hope you are correct on this one Amigo. I am holding on to APCO but not pleased with recent action.... Would love to see the trend back up....

Sergio:

I agree that APCO offers great upside potential... Some money should be kept on the sidelines to buy the APCO's and other great companies that get caught up in a market downturn... Because, we know that after the corrections, companies like APCO do very well... One of the most frustrating things is to watch the price of great companies drop 10 to 30% but have no money to buy them...
