BigJake: Re: March 20 press release ... "We expect to bring these negotiations to a successful conclusion in the near future" It is now almost 2 months to the day since that press release was issued. So, what does TPII define as "near future"? If the negotiations had just begun at that time, I could understand a delay. These legal things take time. But this has been cooking for several months. And, still no final deal. I don't remember the exact wording of the initial agreement way back when, but wasn't there a similar vague generality in respect to the timing? Regards, TED
