TED, I agree that there's most certainly out-clauses on both sides, so we'll just have to wait and see. There has been a significant investment of time and effort on both sides with respect to development of the base software for new applications, I conjecture.

And for perspective, is there any other publicly-traded company that is in the running for rights to Vertex 2000, of any kind, to your knowledge? You would think there would be, with a slam-bang product all set to go. Probably is, let us know if you hear another.

I hope and pray for reasons other than my personal wallet, that Bemer's Vertex 2000 works, and is applied in a big, big way.

TPI's got many things going for it, Bemer or no.

Maybe its a matter of perspective, but 2 months to do due diligence with the Vertex 2000 product, write the contract and close the Bemer deal does not surprise me. (Remember, lawyers are involved.) Also remember the agony of the SEC filing that never seemed to come, but finally did 2-3 months later than predicted?

More important is the general perspective others on this thread have expressed that Bemer is not the whole enchilada for TPII, but just a part of the mosaic. At these prices, this stock will make very good money for patient investors just because of the Year 2000 problem alone.

(Don't let this stock get away from you.) ;-)
