REREAD MACKER'S POST LAST NIGHT, EVERYONE:
As was stated last night, liquidity is important. A significant amount of shares has been (and is continuing to be) accumulated in VERY STRONG hands.
We all KNOW DGIV is destined for the Nasdaq-it is a matter of WHEN, not IF. When it gets there, it will be mind-boggling to think of the number of institutions which will want DGIV shares! How will there be enough shares for sufficient liquidity , with shareholder value being increased at the same time (as a way to REWARD shareholders???) ...... A SLIT WOULD DO IT, OF COURSE!
With the number of countries DGIV is "visiting", we know a number of contracts will be forthcoming (Remember, Mr. Chin is a DEAL CLOSER, AS HE HAS PROVEN MANY TIMES ALREADY). Announcements of different contracts over a certain period of time will truly lift the share price up to the point where we can easily have a stock split, which will of course get more institution as well as retail investors into DGIV, which in turn will get the price up even higher!!! The ramifications are indeed ENORMOUS!

BTW, we should also consider the fact that somewhere along the way (soon, perhaps?), MMs who are "short"the stock need to "balance the book", meaning they have to BUY shares in the open market to cover. WOW!!!
Remember, Mms are desperate! THEY KNOW THEY HAVE TO COVER! if history is any indication, I would expect them to try to "shake the trees" again (after all, they ARE a stubborn lot-if not, why would they short DGIV in the first place?); however, when they realize the futility of this exercise, they will "give up"that tactic and will try to "quietly" buy back shares. An appropriate phrase to the Mms comes to mind: "Give up! RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!"

Good Morning,

Well so far I have received 63 messages. Again I will not start counting until tonight. I know that there are many of you out there that are just not interested, or for some other reason, do not want to send count to me. That is OK, but if you trust someone else that you would feel comfortable in giving your share count to, Please do, and have them forward it to me after taking off your name and address. I am extending the count time frame until 8:00pm tonight so that we can get as good of an idea as possible. I will also ask, if you prefer, PM me and I will cut and paste the total and mail to myself.

Thanks to all...........

macker,
When MMs short and don't actually have the shares(naked shorting?) how can they get shares if the float is all tied up? Isn't it like overbooking a flight or overselling tickets to a show? What happens to them if they can't get the shares to cover? They must know that NASDAQ listing is in the works. I don't understand how they can be so bold( or stupid) if this is the case. This is better than a novel. I never even knew what an MM was a month ago.

I was absolutely absorbed reading this thread last night. WOW! I'm so impressed with the knowledge and expertise of this thread!! Marc C you said it all in your recent comments. Ditto. I just feel all warm and tingley inside. Forest,I loved that "Look both ways before crossing the Wall Street". I'd like a t-shirt that says that.

Thank you all. KW
