Byron-- how long does it take to get the Nasdaq listing once the "10" is filed?

Becky, When we have filed and they have not covered...They will suffer financial Pain unimaginable... Because, I feel it will be at that time when the Silent (hand) grabs DGIV and walks us thru full nasdaq listing which can take several weeks but by then it wont matter because we will be in the bosum of our DEEP POCKET!

They MUST purchase the shares back no matter where we are and the filing could put us at a whole 'nother price which will cause

The Mother of all Short Squeezes, we could end up in triple digits if they are foolish enough to wait that long and it's only about 9 more trading days +/- 5

Unfortunately for them, their tactics thus far have fallen upon

IMMUNE DGIV shareholders thus, putting them Further into financial Peril.

I'm going to surf the Net and see what Info I can gather today (be back later)=bbl

Becky,
That is the beauty of the situation (for us, the DGIV investors, anyway!).
The share price will keep on going up until someone sells their shares for the Mms to buy to cover. Think about that for a moment! We could conceivably see some far-out price for our shares, especially if the investors hold the line and do not give in to the temptation of selling for a quick profit (since even HIGHER prices will come soon when the events we are expecting after we join the Nasdaq kick
in!!!!).
By the way, i think by laws (correct me, anyone, if I am mistaken), tHE MMs of the OTCBB stock HAVE TO COVER BEFORE WE GET TO THE NASDAQ!!!! Hence, on top of the "natural" price bounce DGIV would get after the announcement, we get the "extra"kicker of the MMs covering!!
In a way, it is only "fair" since the Mms were the ones responsible for the price to be at this RIDICULOUSLY low level in the first place. Come to think of it, however, we should all THANK them since we were able to buy EVEN MORE shares at this low price!!!!

Bullmarket - hope you don't mind my elbowing my way in...

Knitwit - check PM's for copy & paste instructions.

I just love a good theoretical discussion! :-)

As to your question, yes it is theoretically possible that they could not cover - if we all hung on to our shares, but not very likely regardless of how we love our DGIV.

If someone offered you $1,0000/share right now, would you be tempted to sell?

I am supposing that the price would continue to rise until such time as somebody is ready to part with their shares. This price would top out at some premium over the "value" of the company. Shareholders would part with the shares because the stock price is now overvalued. When the MM's have covered, the stock price would drop and lose the premium. Add in the factor of folks that love hot stocks; therefore, competition with the MM's for the shares and you have an amplification effect Could lead to wild fluctuations in the price. But, it would eventually settle out toward the value of the stock.

BTW, the above is a SWAG... anybody seen anything like this occur? My guess is that MM's are pretty smart and don't find themselves in this position. They would very quickly go out of business!

Lazarus

Time is running out for any MM's that are short. NASDAQ is coming.
